Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Identified - We are currently investigating an issue where users with sessions that have been idle for an extended period may experience a timeout when resuming activity.
If impacted, users should first try opening CMiC in a new browser tab. If the issue persists, please close the browser and start a new browser session before logging back into the application.
The issue has been identified, and a fix is scheduled to be deployed tonight.
